SMART FARE - Milan Spiez

Hi,
I'm trying to book Milan-Spiez on 19/6 morning and when i choose the time and SMART fare somehow they gave me a different date with same time which on 20/6. Any idea why? So i change my date ti 18/6 and they gave me 19/6. Its so confusing. Apart from that, i can only home delivery/self service. But when i click on self-service, i have no clue as all are in italian. How do i get the info? Is there any email to contact Trentalia? If i pick up in Italy? Where do i pick them up as i can't read the info. Appreciate a reply on this. Thanks

Halo, when i request an invoice issue, i have to fill up the following : vat number, fiscal code, address and zip code. Again confuse, this is my address in Malaysia? or the hotel address that i'll be staying.
Honestly i'm lost while transacting online.

I think I know what causes the date problem. It can be the time difference between Malasia and Italy. Trenitalia website will default to local time unless you change the hour. So make sure you enter a morning time like 9. Then it should show you train for that date. If I put in 20 as the departiue time then it will only show trains departing the next day, starting at 7:25 am.

Choose "self service" and pick up your ticket at Milano Centrale. Be sure to bring the confirmation number you'll receive by e-mail and the credit card you use to book the ticket.

Congratulations on getting the Smart fare! You should be able to collect your tickets from a machine and avoid having to stand in line at a ticket window. It's normal for all the tickets to be in the name of the person who booked them.

I would not be able to book it without the info from all the travelers who shared their experience in this forum. Many thanks to all :-)
