Small Towns - Cavargna and Sat’Arsenio

My nephew and I are traveling to my Grandparents’ birthplaces and need to find accommodations like B&B or pensiones. How do I find these? Not much luck so far

You'll have a rental car? You've looked at Booking.com already?

Just looking on Google Maps, I see several good places in or very near Sant'Arsenio. B&B Ai Giardinetti is right in town.

Not much very near Cavargna, but Locanda Maria looks nice.

Yes will have to have a car. I did find the B&B in Sant'Arsenio, but that was the only one in town. So I guess we'll aim for that. But up North I think we will have to check with Air B&B cause I can't seem to find anything at all in those small communes, Thanks for responding.

The town of Porlezza has a hotel and a B&B --- only half an hour from Cavargna.

Have visited Sant' Arsenio, in 2015 for genealogical research. Didn't get very far, unfortunately, for a variety of reasons. But the village is up in the hills about an hour SE of Salerno. There is virtually no tourism there, per se, English not spoken...although there is a stark beauty that was fascinating. Either have a guide or hopefully you can speak some Italian.
