Small Hotel or BnB near Train Station

We will be in Venice next summer (2025) for 3 days and are concerned about finding a small hotel or BnB near the train station. Because I'm sure Venice will be packed in late June, we don't want to try to haul our luggage on and off a vaporetto so will be walking from the train station. We don't need a luxury hotel -- just some place that's clean with a friendly vibe and hopefully under $300/night. Any Suggestions?
