RS doesn’t cover Bari. It may be difficult to find a B&B as mostly there are rooms or apartments to rent without staff around to provide the second B. It seems that throughout Italy, many places describe their facility as a B&B, but breakfast consists of a voucher for a nearby bar, not an actual sit down dining area.
