We are taking night train from Venice to Paris. We wanted T3 but booked up, so we had to get T4.
The question is- we are family of 3, and wanted to purchase for the 1 empty bed but couldn't. (Eurorail said so)
Would there be a stranger with us? I am concerned that we have a 9 yr. old daughter with us.

Eurorail is actually Eurail, and doesn't make reservations, so I'm not clear who you have been talking to. Can you be a little more specific about who you were dealing with, and why they said you couldn't purchase the 4th bunk? It seems incredible that anyone would say no....it's none of their business who purchases it, as long as they pay for it.
