Sleep in Italy website Rome

Hello, I've gotten some great information from previous posts (thanks!) regarding SleepinItaly.com. It's been well reviewed, and, thanks again to a previous post, I found what looks to be a great apartment. As I'm booking this online, though, I noticed that there is a Personal Data information page that asks where I was born, date of birth, passport number, as well as the usual address, phone, etc. Does that send any red flags? Ron in Rome website suggests Sleep in Italy, so my initial thoughts are that it's fine, but I don't share that information typically. Hummm... Anyone else used Sleep in Italy? Many thanks!

Becky I had a problem with their website when I tried to book, and after a couple of emails ended up doing the booking via email. Regarding passport details, I wasn't required to provide it, but I understand from everything that I have read is that's necessary at some point as the hotel/agency has a requirement to register their occupants. DOB is on my drivers license so it was easy to just scan it and include it in the email.
