Sleep in Italy rental agency

Have you used them? I was going to rent an apartment from them and found that the fax number is one from Milan - should I have any doubts about authenticity? Anyone out there had dealings with them. They were VERY prompt and great during the e-mail exchanges we had. Thanks! Jane

Yes, I used Sleep in Italy for the Rome portion of my trip and everything worked out great. Good and prompt communication. They even booked me into a B&B when I arrived a day early.
