Sky Europe bookings.

There are fabulous fares available on Sky Europe from Venice to Prague. But I cannot seem to book a flight, because they want to know my country...and I live in India and there is no mention of India in the drop box.There is "other" mentioned,but that is of no help either..I cannot move on in the booking. Any suggestions on what can be done? Have written to the 'contact' but no reply. Is this site only for Europeans?

Katie....I selected "other countries" as opposed to "other" and got as far as the window which requires me to purchase the ticket with my credit card.
