So, I have tried to book skip the line to the Basilica and can't find tickets available for any of our days in Venice in late September. What's up with that? I am assuming our only option will be to stand in line? And if we want to visit the museum?

There is some type of boating festival in Venice in Sept. perhaps that is the reason? J

I remember we purchased the museum tickets when we were inside. Not many people notice the small sign. There were very few people upstairs and the views from the roof are amazing. Also, the bronze horses are inside.

Well, silly me, I just waited too long...no tickets available on the 19th, 20th, or 21st. But yes some ticket times for the next week after we leave. Guess we will just have to stand in line patiently.....
