Has anyone gotten a response to a cancellation at the Palazzo del Sale in Siracusa? I have to change the dates. I've tried using the email that Rick Steves has which is also on the hotel's web site. The confirmation email has no link to cancel or modify the reservation. I even emailed back to the confirmation at the noreply@ address.
