I like to book hotels directly with the property and I've found that many of them use the same simplebooking.it engine to manage the bookings. Unfortunately this service doesn't seem to be working. For example, if I go to the Hotel Metropolitan in Bologna: https://www.hotelmetropolitan.com/en/, fill in dates, and then check availability, I get a message that the page can't be reached. I checked one of those websites that tell you if it's down for everyone or just you, and it seems to say that simplebooking.it hasn't worked since March 8th, but I haven't seen anyone else complaining about this. Is anyone else having the same issue? I'm trying to flip around a few days of my trip and need to cancel/rebook a few places but it's difficult without being able to see if the prices are changing. Worst case, I'll just call in, but I guess I'm looking for confirmation that it's not just me!

works ok for me - I get through to the page where it asks for name and address so the block could be your ISP.
If you're at home try switching your Wi-Fi off then back on again

Also try switching browsers. I've had better luck with Chrome than with MS Edge in two cases recently.

That's so strange, it's not working on either laptop or my phone on a variety of browsers. Thanks for the confirmation, at least it's helpful to know it's on my end so I can troubleshoot. I guess it's time to clear my cache (and lose all my tabs ugh).
