Sim card purchase in Venice Marco Polo Airport

Is there a shop to purchase a sim card for my unlocked phone in Venice Marco Polo Airport? Or is it best to just wait until I get to Venice proper? I would prefer to get it before I want to start wandering and exploring and drinking espresso.

Marco Polo is a small airport. No cell stores. But you won't have to look too hard to find a place to buy a SIM card. On the east side of Rialto bridge (walk a couple blocks 'in' from the canal) is a shopping area. There are a couple cell phone stores there. Look of voda phone or Wind. Ask around in that area if you don't see one right away.

Just returned from Italy starting in Venice. Purchased my sim card at the Vodafone store in Campo Bartolomeo, which is straight out from the Rialto Bridge (on San Marco side). Cost was 30 Euros. I am not sure how many euros I got along with that but purchased a top off of 25 euros a few days later.

Euro prices: .50 to the states, .16 in Italy, incoming calls free
