Sim card in Italy

Any advice about which carrier to use in Italy? I have an unlocked (dumb, not smart) phone which I have previously used in France with great success (using Lebarra) but I'm unfamiliar with carriers in Italy. We will be in Italy for about 4-5 weeks.

I have used TIM and Wind on different trips. Both offer good prepaid options with data, but I am not sure of prices where you don't require data.

Wind at present is a bit cheaper, especially with data, but its coverage is a bit patchy.

Thanks for the replies. I'll see if I can get more information about these 2 companies online.

I used a TIM SIM card in my unlocked "dumb" phone last May while in Italy and had no problems.

TIM is the largest mobile operator.

Wind is popular in the south.

Vodaphone Italia is supposed to have good service and (I believe) English speaking customer service.
