We will be in Italy from Oct 19-28 and then Nov 4-6. How easy is it to get a phone SIM card with or without a data plan - how much would it cost? Any alternatives? Separately, we would like to have local sightseeing maps for major cities, as well driving maps in Sicily. Purchase here or there locally? Or just a stand alone GPS unit with Europe maps? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
