There was a post a few weeks ago recommending a one day tour originating out of Florence to Siena,Pisa and 2 or 3 others stops. I recall that the cost was $100 for the day. I cannot locate the post on this site and I should have bookmarked the site, but I didn't. I know there must be quite a few tour companies but if anyone can give me some recommendations, I'm thinking that I'll recognize the one on the recent post or perhaps even discover an even better tour company for one day trips.

Hi,m I did this tour last year, and it is very good. Very fast moving, but you get to see a lot of sights and good wine tastings. Here is the link - http://www.thebestoftuscanytour.com/Reservations.htm. It is 80 euro as you can see, and you do need to make reservations. You can get a lot of information from the sight.

As an alternate, Grayline has a 1-day bus tour to San Gimignano and Siena. You get a 90 minuite stop in San G. and a 4 hour stop (including a walking tour) in Siena. About 52Euro. In Florence, Grayline operates as CAF Tours. www.caftours.com

The Best of Tuscany tour with Walkabout Tours was really enjoyable.
It felt a little rushed at times but saw a lot and ate an awesome meal.
