We will be driving from Pisa to Venice in one day. Does anyone know of any sights we could stop and see along the way? We will have already been to Florence. We drive through Bologna, Ferrara, and Padova. Any suggestions on a one hour diversion along the way to see some sights? Thanks so much.

What leaps to my mind is the difficulty you might have parking, walking to the central sites and then getting back out of town in an hour.
We had a difficult time parking in Padua, for example, just because it was difficult to locate a parking lot.
One suggestion, though it's not too far from Pisa, is Lucca. You can park near the train station and walk through the walls to the old city in a short amount of time.
