Traveling with 9.(could split up 4 and 5 as long as close) Want to stay in the city walls to get a feel of the city. Having a hard time finding 4 bedrooms

Lisa, could you clarify what type of accommodations you're interested in? There are lots of Hotels and B&B's in Siena, with some being in or at least close to the city walls (although not all will be able to accomodate a group of 9).
You might want to have a look at the RS Italy 2009 Guidebook, as there's a fairly good selection of lodgings listed there. As I recall, there are several near the San Domenico Church, and it's not a long walk from there to Il Campo.
