Hi, looking to stay in Siena early July this year.
My wife and I, my 78 yr mother and 21 year old son.
Looking for nicest accommodations, must have Air Conditioning for mom and either an elevator or all first floor access.
Which hotels have you had good experience with?

I don't know what you mean by "nicest", but I have stayed at Hotel Minerva which is at one of the city gates, has views of the Siena skyline from some rooms. Also has a private garage if you are driving.
You can check booking.com and filter for facilities for disabled guests to be sure there are elevators without stairs leading to them (elevator may not have its own category until you get to the hotel's facilities page, after you search for properties).
