What is the best way to travel from Siena to Perugia? And then from Perugia to Fiumicino?

The first part of your question is easy to understand, but the second one is vague. Personally, we would take the train from Siena to Perugia and then a taxi to our hotel, as we've done in the past.
As for the second question; are you traveling to Fiumicino to visit or to make a flight? If you are visiting I would use the trains, but if you intend to catch a flight we need more info. For example, if you are making a trans-Atlantic flight staying so far away is not a cogent strategy. We always stay in or close to Roma for the short commute to the airport. Too many glitches can occur to disrupt your travel plans by staying so far away.
By the way, we really like Perugia and always stay at the highly rated Hotel Fortuna, located 50 meters from the two connected, main piazzas.
