Hello everyone, at the last minute I checked the bus schedule and found out that the first bus out of Siena to Assisi doesn't leave until 5pm. For some reason I thought the buses would be more frequent. We are leaving Siena tomorrow and must check out of the hotel room by 10am. I can get a train that leaves at noon and arrives at Assisi by 4pm with two connections, but that seems like it's going to be really stressful for my mom, with all of our luggage and everything. Does anyone know of some kind of bus/train combo that will get us to Assisi faster? I'm trying to make our time in the hill towns as low stress as possible so we'll be fresh for Rome.
