Siena Restaurant Recommendations

Looking for restaurant recommendations for Siena, traditional Tuscan/Sienese Cuisine, value to moderate pricing. I have done some sorting and curious about any experience with the following, and of course additional recommendations:

Not sure about the others, but we ate at La Taverna Di Cecco last week, and it was one of my favorite meals in Tuscany! On a quiet side street, food was amazing and not too expensive, and even the house red wine was good. Highly recommended. I had the truffle risotto, it was so decadent.

We did not, but we overhead others who had. We were also there just after 7 when they opened. It was pretty full by the time we were eating. So if you want to show up later, a reservation might be helpful.
