Siena luggage storage

Currently at piazza gramsci and being told they have no luggage storage, anyone validate? I've been downstairs, asked many people, and all say it used to be available, but no longer. I did not try train station since my previous research indicated they had none.

The train station down the hill seems to have one.

Also there is the alternative service provided by some companies, like Radical Storage or Nannybag or Stasher, where you drop your bag at some participating hotel or shop.

Thanks Roberto, I did see these but did not attempt to try them, so I cannot confirm they are valid.

I feel I should put my input, since this post can still help others in the future, as older RS posts have done for me.

But the RS book I have (couple years old) did clearly describe luggage storage at Siena bus station at Piazza Gramsci. In fact if you Google street view the area, you will see exactly I saw, and that is signs pointing to luggage storage pointing downstairs. I took a photo of this and showed it to the workers downstairs, and they said it has been closed for years, that the city simply has not corrected the signage.

So I took this info to heart, and once found out this news, had to give in and proceed to Florence, doing Siena the next day sans luggage.

It's possible they were remodeling the luggage area, and will reopen later in the future, but again could be something completely different.
