My husband and I spent two nights there last May. The air conditioning, like many other Italian hotels and B&B's, is not turned on until June 1. We stayed at this B&B the last two nights of May and were very hot but that could happen anywhere. Our last morning, June 1, we woke up and the AC was on! Our room with bathroom was very nice but very small. The service is excellent (although it seems everyone leaves by 1 pm) and you can sit in the breakfast room or use the computer at any time. I think we paid 90 euros and that was a very fair price for the stay. Its location is excellent. If you are taking the bus to Siena, it's only a 10 minute walk from the bus station to the B&B. If you have any other questions, feel free to write to me at [email protected]. We will be in Siena next month. It's one of our favorite towns.
