Would like to be able to walk to Il Campo. 3 adults and 2 kids under 10. Reasonably priced, clean, with A/C and WIFI.

Some accommodations (like family run B&B or vacation rentals) don't want kids (and/or pets) because they are afraid of damage to furniture and stuff like that. It has nothing to do with adults only illicit activities.

so many people mention "reasonably priced" with no budget listed. what's your budget in euros?
you have 5 people during high season, with siena being a busy place, some places allow only 4 for fire safety reasons, list all 5 in reservation, what type of beds.
booking.com
look on left side for filters you are hoping and wanting, then see what they offer during that time. will you be traveling by train or renting a car? more info will help us help you. good luck

As mentioned, booking.com is a good place to search. Any place in Siena city center (historical center) will be an easy walk to the Campo. NH Siena is a good location. It is across the street from the major bus stop; the Wednesday and Friday markets are next door as well as Luna Park/Fortese Medicea which have rides and events that time of year.
