Siena hotel suggestion

I’m looking for some suggestions for a hotel in Siena for two nights. We are a family of 3 adults and 2 kids looking for two rooms (preferably a quad and a single). We will have a rental car so parking would be important. Looking to be around $200-$250 per night total for two rooms and have easy access to del Campo. I currently have a reservation at Hotel Moderno and it seems to fit the bill. It’s affordable, has parking, is right next to the escalators. However the reviews are a bit mixed. Any suggestions for a place similar? Or input on Hotel Moderno itself?

Thanks!

Hotel Athena. Easy parking. Its a bit of a walk up to the city center., but not bad The views are wonderful, staff is great. And not expensive. :) I'm seeing different numbers of expensive, but we stayed there at 130 euro a night. For a four star, its is a good price. :) We arrived by rented motorcycle. And we were a bit early. Staff said room was not ready yet, would you like some complimentary refreshment? Sure! And they just kept bringing out Wine and Beer and a tray of finger food. We could have just stayed in that lobby. "Just use your room number for any thing else, Staff will take care of it." And they did. Crazy amount of service for 130 a night. :)

Francis - You're not kidding , Hotel Athena really looks nice with the view. I will keep it in mind for my next return visit to Siena.

Palazzo Ravizza is perfect
Easy secure parking, beautiful views from their terrace
Easy walk to Duomo and Campo

We stayed there in 2014 and would again
At the time I was looking at both Moderno and Athena
Moderno reviews were too mixed
Palazzo Ravizza won over Athena
Can’t remember exactly why but I think it was because easier walk to town, and a much larger nicer terrace

Hotel Palazzo Ravizza! Great Place. Be careful about driving in the TZL zone.
