I would like a guide in Siena. We'll be taking train from Florence and spend the day in Siena.
Thanks for the update. Enjoy!

Anna was our guide on RS Vilage Italy tour a few years ago. She’s wonderful.
Hi Alan - We visited Siena October 2024. Anna Piperato was our wonderful guide in Siena. Would highly recommend booking a fabulous, highly informative tour with Anna.
Have fun planning your trip.
Another vote for Anna Piperato! Book early as she is very popular!
I can’t comment on guides, but when I contacted our B&B in Siena and said we were taking the train, from Florence, our hostess suggested the bus. When I later contacted her to confirm, she no longer suggested but was adamant: “Take the bus.” The train station is far removed or at least from our centrally located accommodations and the bus to Piazza Gramsci was indeed a much more convenient location. Safe travels.
We took the bus in June 23 for this exact reason and it was quite easy (other than a little trouble finding the bus station in Florence). This forum provided much appreciated advice about using the bus vs the train.
