Siena - Duomo - Porta del Cielo

Hello,
We will be in Tuscany in September. While in Siena will visit Il Duomo. Porta Del Cielo (roof-top walk) looks like fun.
We know you can purchase Opa Si Pass + Porta Del Cielo once in Siena at TI, but could not find how to purchase in advance on the Duomo Museum website. I understand the tours are limited and timed but did not see opportunity to reserve on line. Has anyone done this? If so would you recommend reserving ahead? I'd like to play it loose but curious if this could leave us coming up short onthe Porta Del Cielo.

I would book the earliest slot because the church is not opened to visitors yet so you could see the mosaic floor from above without obstructions.

You are fortunate to be in Siena in September. When we were there in September, we were told that it is one of the few times of the year that the entire floor of the Duomo is available for viewing. It was amazing.
