Are Skip the Line tickets critical in Siena for tours of the Siena Cathedral, like they are for many places in Rome and Florence?
Thanks in advance!

Unless they have changed their policy since last July, all I did was buy a ticket (in the piazza to the right of the Duomo), then just walked right in. I highly recommend getting a ticket for the Duomo museum and the Baptistry too! I'd be interested to know if things have changed.
It was free to walk in after 5 pm when we were there 1 year 6 months ago
As of this month, the ticket is easily obtainable and the lines are short. I would also recommend the Baptistery and the Museum.
