where are the car rental companies located, couldn't fine the information in the latest 2019 Italy book or earlier books.
Are there any close to the train station? Can you provide a map of locations?

GOOGLE Siena car rental locations, a map with all of them pops up.
We always rent cars in Europe from AutoEurope.com and their website gives the addresses of the car rental locations.
Where are traveling from to Siena? It may be easier to pick up a car there first.

Go into AutoEurope.com and get a price quotation for a car rental. I think they give you the physical location of which rental operation they use. It's not hard to figure out which company is at that address with Google..
Siena is large enough of a city to have car rental offices. Most smaller Tuscan cities only have car dealerships renting cars.
