Siena and Umbria

Hey - I am currently revising an itinerary. I am looking at Siena 2 days and 2 nights and an agriturismo for 2 days and 2 nights then on to Rome. I will not have a car, just training/busing it. Any suggestions for time and Umbrian agriturismo accessible by train?

Thank You and Happy Easter (Resurrection) Day

Most agriturismi are not served by public transportation, since they are working farms. You might reconsider this option if you don't want to rent a car.

Maybe rent a car in Florence? Drive through Siena and Umbria these days and drop off car in Rome?

I like the car idea too. But, Orvieto gives you a great Umbrian town with rail service. Don't know about an agritourismo though.
