Siena

Traveling with 18 people to Siena from Rome. Is there adequate transportation in Siena to get to a from the bus and train station? We are looking for a base city to be in to take cooking classes, wine tasting tours, and ebiking throughout the Tuscany. Suggestions are welcomed.

If you're asking how to get from the Siena train or bus station to your accommodation then taxi's are the way to go. They can drive in areas normally restricted from auto traffic to deliver you and your luggage to the front door of your hotel. Cost was about 12 Euros for my wife and I when we did this back in '19.
Once checked in and unencumbered by luggage you can walk back to either station for day trips. There's a series of escalators that you take from the town down to the train station - pretty straightforward actually.
