My Sicily itinerary (May) says cooking demo with dinner to follow is included on the 2nd day. I'm a food writer; booked an independent cooking class as research for an article. Anyone been on this tour, who might shed some light on the location (ristorante?) for the demo/dinner so that I don't duplicate the event? Also, other cooking class recommendations?
