Sicily Salina Island Hotel Recommendation

My wife and I are planning a trip to Sicily hopefully in September 2021. Targeting the Aeolian Island of Salina as a stop in our itinerary. Considering staying in either the village of Malfa or Santa Marina on Salina Island. Would appreciate a hotel recommendation. Our musts are a double air conditioned room opening to a sizable and comfortable private terrace with an unobstructed and gorgeous view of the sea in a facility that is within a close and easy walk to multiple good restaurants. High wants would be a hotel with good concierge service and its own excellent restaurant with outdoor and sea view seating. As a back-up plan, we would consider a similar accommodation on the island of Lipari. Thanks in advance for any information given.

I think it's difficult getting realistic recommendations now because no one knows which hotels will even be left standing (post COVID) that far in advance, especially in areas like the ones you're mentioning. I would hold off with serious planning for now and wait until at least early next year. I've used www.booking.com with a lot of success, as well as the Lonely Planet guide. Rick has penned a book for Sicily somewhat recently, but I'm not sure how well it covers the Aeolian Islands.
