Anyone been to a good Sicily resort? We will be in Sicily for 4 days before heading to Tuscany. Looked at some hotels in Cefalu but looking for other recommendations.

If you're planning to spend 4 days in one place, you might want to check out Taormina. Lots more to see and do there than in Cefalu. Taormina is heavily visited and has a wide variety of hotels in all price ranges. Mt Etna is nearby and makes for a very interesting visit.

I, too, would choose Taormina over Cefalu. There is lots more to see and do and the scenary is outstanding-overlooking the sea with Mt. Etna over your right shoulder.
