Sicily : Food tours and cooking classes??

Hi all
Sicily routing worked out for our trip next June and now starting to work on the details…

Anyone taken a cooking class and or food tour that they would highly recommend in any of the following towns?
Palermo, Taormina, Siracusa, Modica

I really enjoyed my food tour with Streaty Food tours in Palermo in May. They are often mentioned on here if you do a search. They have a few but going through the markets was fun.
