Anyone who has done the Sicily RS tour have info regarding which winery is visited? Interested in researching some wine varietals in advance and have been sampling available wines in the US in anticipation.

When we did it in 2019, it was the Benanti vineyard. Not easy to find in our area, but we ordered some here. One of the (twin) brothers that run it came through our town at a wine tasting sponsored by a local restaurant the next year, so it was a funny coincidence. The interesting thing I remember was that they do not use oak barrels for aging. And I thin k they were all local varieties and some heirlooms, so not easy to reproduce.
