Amy recommendations for a driver in Sicily? Looking for a car that can accomodate 6 plus luggage that we could use for our week in Sicily. Thank you.

If you are staying anywhere on the eastern coast--Catania, Taormina, Messina--look at Sicily Life Tours. I believe they're based out of Taormina. We used them on a trip in 2010, and are using them again in a few weeks.
They will be picking the 4 of us at the Taormina/Giardini train station & taking us to our AirBnB in Taormina. Then they'll be taking us on a gastronomic & winery tour on the slopes of Mt. Etna. then finally they'll be taking us from our AirBnB down to the Catania airport for our trip home.

I've used two drivers several times each recently:
Dario Cafiso. (Mercedes van). https://www.tourbarocco.it/en/about-us/
Roberto Alabiso. https://www.siciliancc.it/en/home/
Both are terrific and have large vans. You can also ask your first hotel to set you up with a driver.
Roberto speaks better English than Dario but I like both very much.
