We'll be arriving in Rome on 16 Nov, and have looked at shuttle options (Shuttle Direct, Airport Transfers). Any recommendations?
Catch a taxi. Flat rate of €48.
I have used a shared shuttle, think it was Shuttle Direct arranged by the hotel, going the other way and it was fine. Personally I would take a taxi. Not that much more expensive and you don't have to worry about linking up with the shuttle service.
The first time we went to Rome we took a shuttle from the airport. It stopped at a few other hotels and we seemed to be on it for a while. Since then the next times we stayed in the Pantheon area and took a taxi from FCO and it was much better. Like mph said,
48E and worth every penny.
Have a great trip

Arrange ahead of time with www.romecabs.com. They are extremely reliable & highly rated. I have used them twice for transfers to/from FCO & will use them again next year.
