We are able to make a short trip to Rome.. We will arrive Saturday am on Feb. 22 and stay until Wednesday Feb 26 Any suggestions on planning the four days.

With so little time you can either hit the highlights or focus on things that interest you most, but looking at a guidebook first will show you what's available (hundrede if not thousands of options).
