Will be taking our first trip to Italy from USA in late October, early November. Want to find a romantic room with a view with a king bed. Any suggestions? We will be arriving by train? Also, what is the best way to get from train station to Vernazza room? Thanks

Just returned from Cinque Terre a few weeks ago - this is a good spot to stay and Yes - two feet get you there!!

WE just returned from Cinque Terre.
If you don't mind walking up 114 steps to this perfect place......
This is my recommendation. The best view in Vernazza. Private and very comfortable.
The room is managed by Monica who runs the restaurant across the way. She speaks perfect English and was so helpful.
It is a 5 minute walk from train station down Via Roma (main street/only street) to the waterfront then up the stairs.
