Haven't done any myself, but for my upcoming cruise group on another board, everyone seems to like Rome in Limo.
There aren't as many "cruisers" here as on other newsboards. But the usual Rome cruise port is over 1 1/2 hours from the city. If you're coming in repeatedly and during weekday rush hours, I'd consider independent travel with the train. Having been to Civitavecchia once (i.e. a one-way cruise), I am not in a hurry to make the transfer again.
I've used Through Eternity and would highly recommend them.
