Any information or recommendations on shipping one suitcase from Lucca to Rome? The options seem to be DHL and Mail Boxes Etc. Any experience with those services? What about the Italian postal service? Thanks!

Have you looked into Send My Bag?
According to their website, a suitcase weighing up to 44 lbs will be $39. Up to 66 lbs will cost $46. It will take 1-2 days.
