We were in Tuscany a couple of weeks ago and I paid for a beautiful ceramic bowl and had it shipped back. The shop at which I bought it in San Gimignano said they would ship it DSL and I would have it within 15 days. Today is 15 days and no bowl. I e-mailed the shop a couple of days ago to ask for a tracking number but received no reply. I called DSL today but they find no trace of it. Has anyone had any problems with getting their shipments from there?
