Hello Fellow Travellers
My wife and I will be in Tuscany and Umbria this fall and are wondering if any of you can recommend an agriturismo in either of those places, that specializes in sheep farming and pecorino cheese making. We're all about the cheese and watching sheep dogs at work. I know I'd do better looking in Abruzzo but we're just not going to get there this year. Thanks for your help.

Not sure what you budget is, but we had the most amazing stay and experience at the Black Truffle Lodge in Pettino in Umbria https://www.blacktrufflecountry.com/pettino-epicurean-experience/ Definitely a splurge, but the experience and memories for us are priceless.
