Self Guided Walking Tours on the Almafi Coast

Are there any recommendations for a tour company for a 5-7 day self guided tour around the Sorrento Pennisula/Almafi Coast?
We'd like to stay in small family run hotels or Agriturismo in small villages. We're a fit group of 6-8 adults.

So, I'm not sure there are many "walking tours" of the coast, there definitely are hiking trails you can utilize, but I don't know of any long tours that are organized.......in the area, there are plenty of small B&Bs and guest houses (not too many agriturismos, though I have stayed in one on the Sorrento side, I believe).....since you are looking at a "self guided" tour, the only thing that you would need to have is lodging, and that is very easy to do in such a small area. I would start with Rick's books or any other guide book, learn about the area and try to figure out which town you would like to base and do further research from there.....

Mac's Adventure is a company I have looked at for self-guided walking holidays in Italy and France (but not actually booked yet). They have four different choices on the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula.

Maybe one of these will work for you?

I found them very professional and responsive when I asked about a short trip in France, hiking the " perched villages" above the French Riviera. We ended up not going because the timing was wrong, but I would lookmtomthem the next time we want a self-guided trip arranged for us.

We've looked at Macs and are considering them as well as a couple of other tour groups. Katherine, good ideas about consulting with Rick's books. We need luggage transfers which always adds complications.
