Self guided tour via Francigena, has anyone used SloWays?

They look legit to me. They have an small storefront office at the address used per Google streetview. The storefront also has mention of S-Cape travel which has a Spanish website that seems real. The Francigena travels through fantastic places, it's the ultimate off-the-beaten-track. One memorable isolated section we hiked was through a pretty hillside forest - a route used when the Pope was carried between towns in the 1400's.

I've used them before and plan to use them again. They are very easy to communicate with and are responsive. Had another trip canceled twice due to Covid and again no problems.
