We have perused several segway websites for Florence, Italy and cannot find a tour for 13 year olds. Any ideas?

Not sure what you are asking? Are you looking for a tour only for 13 year olds or a tour that includes 13 years old?

She is looking for a tour that will allow 13 year olds. Most companies in Italy require riders be at least 16.

There's a good reason why you're not able to find a Segway tour that will accommodate a 13 year old. This statement from one of the firms provides the answer.....
"Is there a weight / age requirement to ride a Segway?
Yes - all riders must be at least 16 years of age, as required by law in Italy. No exceptions.
For the riding safety of everyone, guests must weigh at least 100 pounds (45 kilograms), not in excess of 260 pounds (118 kilograms).
