Yes & loved it! We did a Thursday 3:00 tour, during a crowded spring break, just a few weeks ago in Florence. 1st time on one. Wife was VERY hesitate. The 1st minute you do not think its a good idea. After 5 minutes you are a pro! Rode thru very crowded streets, no problem. Just 3 of us on the segway tour. Legs do get soar though from standing still & need a little stretching. Can't remember tour name right now, but the shop was on a tiny side street.

Thanks for responding, Wayne! I've done a Segway tour in Paris, so I'm familiar with the machines (and how tired my feet get). The Florence tour I was looking at online is 90 euros, which seems like an awful lot. The Paris tour was only 75 (granted, that was about 18 months ago).

Found it - tours@italysegwaytours.com , 90 is correct, 70 if you want the audio guide.
The meeting point is at Segway Office located in Via dei Cimatori 9 Red – Florence
Between Piazza della Signoria and the House of Dante Alighieri
