I am taking a 10 day cooking class/tour based in Ostuni. I will be spending another 3 weeks split between Bari, Lecce, and Ceglie Messapica. I am active on booking . com. Do you have any recommendations for centrally located hotels in these cities? Solo traveler.

In Ceglie, PALAZZO CAMARDA is owned by Alex Fiorio who also owns the masseria outside town where we stayed last year.
