Does anyone know if there is any secure luggage storage available at Herulaneum or the train station? We recently had a chang in plans and will be traveling through the area with luggage and hope to be able to stop there for a visit but will have our luggage with us. Thank you.

There is none at Herculaneum and I've never noticed any lockers or storage facility at the Herc station. You may have to leave your luggage at Naples Centrale and go back to retrieve it when you're finished. It's only 15 minutes by train so it wont be that bad.

There is a bag storage facility/counter in the new ticket hall at Herculaneum. Unfortunately, as we did not need to use it, am unable to say whether there are any limits on the size/type of bags they will accept for storage.
